General rental conditions

The houses are rented from Saturday (arrival from 4 p.m.) to Saturday (departure no later than 10 a.m.).

The houses are non-smoking.

If you are late, we can of course be reached by telephone.

Prices are expressed in euros, per week of rental and include :
-electricity charges (100 Kwh/week),
-water (4m3/week) and,
Any additional consumption will be billed at €0.30 per kWh of electricity, €5/m3 of water and €10/day for central heating (oil, gas).

Not included in the rental price: end-of-stay cleaning in case the tenant does not wish to do it, rental of household linen and tourist tax.

The tourist tax has to be paid on site upon arrival (amount of approximately €1.10 per person per day, varying depending on the municipality and/or house classification).

Security deposit – security deposit
A deposit from  €500 is paid upon arrival to the owner or the agency, to cover any damage that may be caused to the rental.

After verification by the agency or the owner of the condition of the property, at the time of the exit inventory, the deposit is returned in full after the end of the stay.

The tenant undertakes to occupy the premises in a bourgeois manner, as a temporary residence.

Furniture and movable objects must only suffer from depreciation resulting from the normal use for which they are intended.

Insurance
Tenants are required to take out comprehensive civil liability insurance covering their resort. Most of the time, you already have the “resort” clause in your compulsory home insurance contract ‘”Home Insurance”.

Number of persons
The houses are designed for a maximum number of people (including children and babies), indicated in the portfolio. The owner or the agency may refuse any excess person, as well as any animal not included in the reservation.

Household linen
Household linen (sheets, towels) must be brought by the tenant. Sheets rental is possible for the price of €10 per person and €8 per towel kit (1 large + 1 small, not intended for the beach).

Animals
Animals are allowed on request.

For rentals accepting dogs and cats, a certificate from your veterinarian (dated less than 14 days before the start of the rental) indicating that your animal is treated against fleas or any other parasite, must be provided on the day of your arrival.

Payments:
A deposit of 25% of the rental fee is payable at the time of booking, with the balance due 60 days before the arrival date.

If the booking is made less than 60 days before the start of the stay, the full rental fee must be paid in a single instalment.

Cancellation of the contract by the customer:
Cancellation is free of charge up to 8 weeks before arrival. However, the rent may be refunded on the sole condition that the property is re-let under the same terms.

 

Various points
If circumstances relating to force majeure make the provision of accommodation impossible, the agency reserves the right to cancel the contract and offer you a replacement rental.

The agency reserves all rights of printing errors.

In the event of a dispute, the competent court will be that of QUIMPER.
